📋 Description
- Monitor the assigned student per IEP under licensed staff supervision.
- Prepare/adapt classroom materials; maintain spaces in good order.
- Inform clinical staff of students' social, emotional, or behavioral concerns.
- Implement and maintain behavior program policies and data.
- Coordinate with administration and other staff to ensure consistent program application.
- Maintain confidentiality of students and records.
🎯 Requirements
- Paraprofessional Certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate tactfully under stress.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing routines.
- At least 23 years of age.
- Able to work with high-risk special needs students.
