📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to a single client in the home.
• Care for Cerebral Palsy, lung disease, and gastrostomy.
• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with doctors’ orders and document care.
• Perform assessments and monitor conditions; document observations.
• Empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state.
